Please note flowers are not included. We cannot guarantee this pot will be waterproof due to the material the pot is made of, if you wish to use with real flowers we would recommend using a vessel inside the pot.

Our policy lasts 14 days, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged Items
If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items to allow us to claim the damages back from our couriers.
Refunds
Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will notify you of your refund.
