Please can I add to my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't left us. Please use the contact us section or email hello@ivygreyinteriors.co.uk. Please provide us with your order number or the email address used to place your order and the items your would like adding onto your order. We can them send you a link to make payment for the additional items.

I have made a mistake with my delivery address, please can I change it?

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct this before your order is dispatched from us. Please use either the contact us section or email hello@ivygreyinteriors.co.uk

Pre-order items

Occasionally we will release items on a pre-order basis, we will only usually offer this if items are on the way to us. When you pre-order an item, please try and order this separately as we will hold your order until all items can be sent out together.

Do you deliver to outside the UK?

Unfortunately at the moment we are only able to deliver items inside the UK. This is something we are looking at introducing hopefully in the not too distant future.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes, of course we can offer this. Please use the contact us section of our website and let us know if you would like a little note adding to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

We accept all major credit and debit card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Please note we do not accept payment via cheque.

Do you offer discount codes?

Occasionally we do offer discount codes, if you subscribe to our newsletter we will email you our latest discount codes when they are active.

I have forgotten to use my discount code

Unfortunately once you have placed your order we are unable to refund the discount, however we will honor the discount on your next order, just use the contact us section and will issue you a new discount code for your next order.
