We know creating a display can be daunting, especially if you have lots of stems. We've put together a video showing you how we styled our garden romance arrangement - but most of these tips can be applied to any faux floral stems/arrangements!

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.
Express delivery is available for orders placed before 11am, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day (excluding bank holidays & weekends).

Returns
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged Items
If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items to allow us to claim the damages back from our couriers.
Refunds
Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will notify you of your refund.
