Well where do I begin...! 2020 has been the most challenging year I’m sure many of us have ever been through. This year may not be one we look on too fondly in the future but for me it’s changed my life in ways I never thought imaginable.
I started out 2020 with a very small business that I must admit wasn’t growing very fast. I can remember my grandad being thrilled that he had a few parcels each day to take to the post office and keep him out of trouble! Lockdown came around and things completely changed, we went from barely filling the boot of the car to having to do multiple trips a day to the sorting office and then filling the postman’s van daily! The amount of support and return custom we have had has amazed me every week! You guys are all amazing!
Moving into 2021 there are so many new challenges I’m sure we are all going to face, living with this new normal. I truly wish everyone a happy and healthy new year! Stay safe, I promise I won’t leave it as long next time! Lots of love Soph xxxx
